1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using RoofReady ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all users, including roofing contractors, tradespeople, and any other persons who access the platform.

2. Description of Service

RoofReady is a cloud-based platform for roofing professionals that provides satellite measurement tools, quoting, invoicing, and job management features. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

3. Account Registration

You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorised use of your account.

4. Subscription and Billing

RoofReady is offered on a subscription basis. By subscribing, you agree to the following:

  • Subscription fees are billed monthly in advance
  • A 7-day free trial is offered to new subscribers — no credit card required to start
  • All prices are in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period
  • We reserve the right to change pricing with 30 days notice

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the platform
  • Reproduce, duplicate, or resell any part of the Service without express written permission
  • Upload malicious code or interfere with the Service's operation
  • Use the Service to store or transmit offensive, defamatory, or fraudulent content

6. Data Ownership

You retain ownership of all data you enter into RoofReady, including client information, quotes, and measurements. By using the Service you grant us a limited licence to store and process this data solely for the purpose of providing the Service to you. Upon account termination, you may request an export of your data within 30 days.

7. Accuracy of Measurements

Satellite measurement tools are provided as a guide only. RoofReady does not guarantee the accuracy of measurements derived from satellite imagery. You are responsible for verifying measurements before submitting quotes to clients. We accept no liability for losses arising from measurement inaccuracies.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, RoofReady shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Queensland, Australia. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Queensland.
